Can I arrive before 4pm?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm an earlier arrival. The reason is that we have to finalize the household arrangements before your arrival. Sometimes people leave early and the rooms are ready quickly. Sometimes people leave at 11am and we need plenty of time to finalize the cleaning.

Can I arrive very late?
After 4pm, yes. You have a code for your key and you check in on your own.

How do I get to the river?
The river is a 2-minute walk from the cottages. Be careful not to go onto private land. See the guide in the chalet for details.
Do you have a reception?
No. You check in on your own. The key is in the key box at your refuge door. The process is very simple: you receive a code by e-mail (if you book through our site) or on the application/site used (e.g. airbnb, bookin, vrbo). Use this code to unlock the key box. The key is inside the box.
Is there anything I need to do before I leave?
Please wash the dishes you've used and dispose of your rubbish in the green and blue bins near the road. Put the key back in the box.
What is the code for Wifi?
The code is provided after your reservation on the arrival message. The code is also displayed in the guidebook and on a sticker on the TV. Wifi is free of charge.
Do you have air conditioning and heating?
Yes, all our cottages have air conditioning. You have control over the air-conditioning temperature. Electric heating is also provided.
Is a propane BBQ included?
Yes. Please let us know if you run out of propane. We have back-up tanks.

Do you accept pets?
Yes, an additional fee is required. Be sure to add it to your reservation.

Can I have an extra bed?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The maximum number of people per unit must be respected without any restrictions.
Do you have an electric car charger?
Unfortunately, we don't.
Can I pay in cash?
Not at all. We only accept credit card payments online.
Can I smoke inside my room?
No. Our cottages are 100% non-smoking. We want to offer our guests a healthy environment. Thank you for your cooperation.

What are the cancellation conditions?
See full details on the website you used to book such as Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com
Is it possible to book for one night only?
We block the possibility of booking 1 night only to maximize long bookings. Sometimes, when there's a gap of a day between two bookings, we unlock the possibility of booking 1 night for that specific date.

Do you have any recommendations for things to do in the area?
Each loft and condo has a comprehensive guide with many recommendations and pictures to help you. You can also view the guide on our website opposite.
Is breakfast included?
We do not offer breakfast. We do, however, offer free coffee. We strongly suggest that you explore the local restaurants.

Will someone come to clean every day?
The housekeeping team will come only at the end of your stay.
What if I need more toilet paper or other requests?
You need to make a written request through the reservation system you used (our reservation site, airbnb, vrbo, booking, etc.).
Can I leave my car in the parking lot for a few days and come back even though my reservation is over?
Unfortunately not. Your car will be towed at your expense.
Can I have guests join me during my stay?
Unfortunately, no, this is not possible. The maximum number of people per cottage must be respected.

Is it possible to get a better price for large groups or long stays (10 days or more)?

Do you offer corporate rates?
Unless you have a large group or are staying for several days (10+), the rates are the same. Contact us by e-mail for rates for large groups or long stays.

Can I watch movies?
We have a TV that connects you to : Netflix, Disney, Crave, Radio-Canada and all the other applications possible on a smart TV (roku).
